I've aimed myself to lose 2 pounds a week for 15 weeks, which would complete my goal of weighing 145 pounds by June. Some of my co-workers told me this was a great goal, but an unrealistic one. 2 pounds a week, it's not like 10 pounds a week. I'm dieting and exercising so I don't see why it would be. Does anyone else think that my goal is 'unrealistic' and that I should set a shorter one?
