I am so glad to hear that they are doing well! They really are making progress. Make sure that you are getting plenty of rest, try to replenish your strength as much as possible for their homecoming!

I read on another thread that you are feeling a little smothered by well-meaning relatives who want to stay with you to help with the twins once they are home. Before my twins came home from the hospital, my dh hired a lady to come in to the house and help me for a few hours a day once they were home. I was FURIOUS! I didn't need help to take care of my babies! DH said fine, if you don't want help with the twins, she can help with the older kids or the housework. You know what? She turned out to be a godsend. Of course I could have done it all on my own, but sometimes I need to do other things in order to keep my sanity...you know...shower, eat, sleep ! Try to keep a list of things that you need or want done, and then when someone offers to help, you know exactly what to tell them they can help out with. That way you won't begin to feel "over run with help" and they won't have an opportunity to "help" with anything that you prefer to reserve for yourself.

I am praying for you and your little ones. Keep us posted!
