So my Fiancee and i decided to go visit some of his family in Canada. We live in Washington so it was quite a drive. gosh dang bladder. lol We stopped at total of 7 times in oh... maybe 8 or 9 hours... lol I was happy to visit with his family. His cousin is 19 and she's 27 weeks pregnant so we talked about being pregnant like the whole time. It was amazing.
That was the fun part of the trip. We stayed for about a week.
So on our 9 hour trip home. We stopped to eat at a really nice restuarant. We were just about to be seated. and i started feeling some really bad cramps and such. I went into preterm labor. gah. What is it with me and preterm labors. So we immediately went to the hospital. we stayed 4 days. well everything went fine. They gave me the meds to stop labor. they worked and we went on our merry way home. Since this scare i made an appointment before my next u/s with the doc. He put me on strict bedrest. So i've been on bedrest for 3 days. And i seriously don't know how i'm going to survive it!!! I'm driving myself nuts... lol. I'm only 23w and allready this pregnancy is giving me troubles. to make matters worse we are in the middle of moving. great. So we inlisted help from several friends. One of my friends that i haven't seen for about 3 months decided to come and join in the fun. She's helping me pack my stuff. lol.
Has anybody been put on bedrest so early in pregnancy?! if so... How did you not go nuts? lol
My next u/s is August 5th.
the next appt. after that is August 13th and that's to find out the sex of the baby!!!! and i can't wait.
Any ideas on how to keep busy?
gah i'm going crazy all ready and it's only been 3 days.... I wanna get up and walk with my family and such...
BTW: My mom called me. She told me she wants no part in my life or the babies. haha. She's going to be missing out. However my father has decided to be in my life and gave the blessing for me and my fiancee to marry. I love my father. as for my mother... well idk.
I'm not too upset over it tho.
well bye for now. I'm headed to bed. I'm crazy tired. lol
