Default Useful scrapbook tools

One of my newest scrapbooking gadgets is the Provo Craft Silent Setter. It punches holes in three different sizes and sets eyelets without any noise! Now I can return to my use of eyelets during my last night scrapping and not worry about waking the kids.

What are some favorite scrapbook tools you like to use?

Default Fave tools

I really enjoy scrapbooking, too, but as a relative newbie to the art, my work is still fairly primitive. I'm looking forward to seeing what other tools folks list as their favourite. My favourite tool is a circle cutter...my circles were pretty dismal before I discovered this little gem! I also like my embossing tool. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can make my projects look different when I only have a few tools and gadgets to use? Thanks!

Don't worry about not having loads of tools. Really stylish layouts can be made without the use of any expensive tools. Mind you if you're talking expensive the Robocraft has to beat them all (I want one ). Don't forget that you can simply sew things on. You can also thread ribbons and wool through the paper with the simple use of a sharp craft knife.

I love my straight paper cutter. My favorite tool has to be my pencil box. It is about the size of a large binder and I can keep all my pens, pencils, markers scizors etc in it. I have to keep everything portable so it is great. I also have abunch of idea books that I picked up at a yard sale.
Happy wife.. I've been scrapping for 10 years now and my things still look a little primitive, but I like it that way. Keep at it.

I need to get a silent setter. I LOVE my cutterpede the best I think. I am pretty fond of my trusty old coluzzle still, but honestly, the thing that gets the MOST use, is my computer! I tend to do a weird mix of digital and traditional scrapping...it's turned into a crazy meld of both worlds.

www.trunksintheattic.com has these neatest rulers for tearing paper. Check them out under the tools catagory and then rulers. They also have the silent setter also. Have fun, Val
