Using weights for your weight.
Hello. I just joined a few minutes ago, but it didn't take long to see that losing a few pounds is very important to many in this forum. I use a training program that has helped many of my family and friends to lose the pounds that were hoping to lose. They told me I should have a website to show others this program. I took their advice and made a website telling about this method. Being I'm 71 years old,(but I still look pretty good in a tanktop after over 7 years of weight training) this site is mainly for seniors to get started in weight training, but some of my friends and family are much younger than I am and love this way of working out.
