Default Walking woes!

I see some posts about having this problem with walking or that problem. I have to tell you what I did. I have four little boys and a husband who really isn't interested in babysitting so I can go out for a walk or go to the gym. A few years ago I discovered Leslie Sansone and her walk at home program. At the time, I was very over weight and needed something uncomplicated to make sure I could actually do it, and effective. I'm telling you, she was the key! I walked off 90 pounds in my home, sometimes with the boys around, and even under foot. I even carried my baby in a sport carrier until he was too big. I recommend her to anyone I know is struggling and looking for answers. If you have a Walmart or Target nearby, she has dvd's there. In fact, she is coming out with a new line in select Target stores that are really cool. They are a great work out, and come with boosters. It is the Walk This Way line, and there are six different work outs. I got to try 3 of them recently. I'm really pumped about them! You can always check out her web site at walkathome.com, too. I hope this will help and encourage some of you. Happy walking and best wishes on you fitness goals!!!!

I completely agree about Leslie Sansone's Walk program. I LOVE IT. It is because of the walk at home program that I am 60lbs lighter today. It is so doable.
In fact, there is a new system of Leslie's coming to select Target stores this coming Sunday. Walk Your Way Thin. I recently was randomly selected to try out a few workouts from this series of 6 workout kits that Leslie and Target are introducing. I am really excited about them. The box came the other day and I couldn't wait to try them. The ones I was fortunate to try--Belly, Buns and Thighs, Walk off Even More weight with a new tool a weighted belt and a 3 Mile walk that uses Leslie's trademark Walk Belt.
The Walk Belt has been a favorite of mine for a long time but the new Weight belt is going to be a favorite of mine too I think. Belly Buns and Thighs is a great lower body and ab workout and comes with a toning tool that works the legs with heavy ankle weights. I can't wait until they are officially released to check out the other 3.
The link below will show which stores area will be carrying the new kits.

Who knew you could have so much fun and get fit right in your living room?

I have heard of Leslie Sansone. I will have to buy her dvd. I can't always get out long enough to take a walk. Thanks!
