Default wax paper

Can you bake cookies on wax paper?? I don't want my cookies to stick and non-stick spray seems to over brown the bottoms

Nope! Use parchment paper instead! I am blogging on this soon (wax paper vs. parchment paper)!

I made the mistake of using wax paper once....not good. But you can use wax paper if you make No-Bake cookies.

One thing you can look for is a Silpat. I have 4 of them and LOVE them! Your cookies never stick and they just wipe off and are ready to use again.
