[Bargainacious]

I'm really perplexed right now. I used to always find great deals at my local Target. Lots of 75% off stuff everywhere.
Now, the most it seems to go down is 15-30%, until the day I'm not there (and everyone else is) and they mark it to 75% off.

I went on Thursday to check some stuff I'd been eyeing. The mp3 razor packs were 15% off, then a lady said she went Friday and they were down to 75%. Of course I got none Is there any way for me to know what day to go?

Should I go on Fridays before the weekend rush? Is my store just really bad about not adjusting the clearance stuff until it's 75% off? What should I do? Any info from Target insiders or regular bargain finders appreciated.

PS: Is there any rule about employees buying stuff after they have marked it 75% off? I think they should have a chance at getting a couple, but I've overheard them talking about stocking up on their breaks, and how they'd better not let so-&-so see them, 'cause she wouldn't like it.
