Default weight

i was wondering if anyone knows a good and fast way to tighten ur belly up from having kids?? i have lost 40 pounds recently and i still dont like the way i look due to havin a lil extra skin so i need some advice please!

Great job losing the weight! How did you do it?? I'm still trying to lose the baby weight. But it's not working out so well.

Well if there is extra skin it is obviously from the stretching to hold the babies. I would suggest you invest in a really good body firming lotion I used to use Yves Roche, but I started using this product right after I had my children I would rub it on my stomach area and my thighs, just to help firm the skin back up. But while I did this I was breast feeding so this also helped get my stomach back down aswell.

I agree with browneyes....there are some excellent skin firming creams out there. The only downside is that they are expensive. I forgot the one I used...if I can remember, I'll let you know! Just pay attention to the ingredients if you are still breastfeeding.
