Default Weight loss plateau?

I have lost 7 pounds and now in the last 2 weeks i haven't lost anything. Its very frustrating because i am still working out just as much and eating healthy.

How can i get over the plateau? Any suggestions?

Mix up your routine. Eat a little more for a few days, or change your exercise routine up. Maybe lift some weights if you haven't been.
Plateaus are very frustrating, and you usually just have to wait them out.
Congrats on your 7 lb loss!

Julie i have moved your post to the weigth loss section maybe you will get more answers from there. Just a tought i have heard that if you increase your calorie intake for a few days it "kick starts" your metabolism and therefor start to loose weight again maybe look into that and see if that could help..
