I'm on the Weight Watchers diet. Things are moving slooow. I was wondering
if anyone has tried the Trudeau idea of a diet. What diet works best.

Hi,
No I haven't tried the Trudeau diet, but i lost 24 pounds in 6 1/2 weeks on the Nutrisystem.
If your talking about that diet by Kevin Trudeau, my friend said that she tried it, and it worked good. Eventually though she went back to Atkins diet.
