Default Weightloss

This could be in both formula feeding and solid feeding, so I thought I should probably put it here instead, but mods feel free to move it if you believe that would be better.

This little intro might be a bit confusing, Pippa was formula fed, until this April and after that she was mainly breastfed by my sister with the occasional bottle of formula when my sister didn't have enough time to pump for night feeds, in August this had to stop as we moved away. Pip had started eating some solid foods, for nearly two months, but for the last 5-6 weeks she has refused anything but formula and some breastmilk when we went to our parents for the school holidays.

This is causing problems though, at Pippa's last appointment at the doctors nearly two months ago, she has gone from 25, down to 20 pounds. Her poo has remained the same and she is still weeing at a normal rate, so we and her doctor do not think digestion is the problem. The weightloss is obviously bad for her, even her temperature is lower than normal so we have to wrap her up far more than usual.
She has seen her doctor she has had since birth and our doctor about this issue, they have both told us, not to worry.

We have been managing to give an extra feed a day, but it is split into two feeds as she wont take it all in one go.

Obviously I think they are wrong, five pounds would be alot for an adult to lose in such a short time, nevermind a baby. So I wondered what you guys think and if any of you have experienced anything similar to this.
