Default What???

Has anyone tried the BodyRev? Or the Perfect Push Up? I got it as a set about 2 weeks ago...I love them...Push Ups burn a little more but thats what its supposed to feel like right???!!! It adds restraint to the work out so the results are faster...I can't keep quiet any more...Please someone who has this...let me know what you think about this awesome work out equip....

Welcome to the board!

I'm Angie from Central Illinois, USA.

Soloflex here at our home. Makes for a great workout. Even helped me with a frozen shoulder - all gone. My family thinks Soloflex is really awesome too.

I would rather have a bow flex. That's what we're getting for Christmas. It gives a much more comprensive work out, is safer with little kids in the house, and is reasonable.

Ya the Bowflex does look like good equipment..If you've got the money buy it right? I just purchased a house about a month ago so I only have a little freedom with the hubby's check When you recieve it let us know details.. As for safety for the kids...have you seen the Perfect Push Up? Its so small and like a handle...the kids wouldn't even be able to do anything with them...i ordered off the website if you want to check it out....

I have but I wasn't really impressed. It looks like something my kids could wack each other with. And it really isn't that cheap either. If we're talking cheap, cheap--get a good pair of sneakers and go running!

Yeah I'd rather not spend money at all on any kind of exercise equipment really...I prefer good old fashioned walking/running or yoga/pilates myself. Now that's cheap!

Oh I love pilates. I have to modify it now that I've had the twins, but I love that you can do it with no equipment what so ever. And as funny as this sounds, I love that you can do it in your bare feet. Don't ask me why. . .it's just one less thing I have to do before I begin exercising! And time is precious!

I was big into pilates before I had Riley and got away from it, but now I'm back into it and I love it. I got the dvd/videos super cheap off ebay (like less than 10 bucks and I think I got 2 at a time) and they are a quick 20 min workout that is actually strangely enough relaxing! And boy I know its working because a couple days into it I have sore muscles that I probably would never use if I didn't do pilates! Great workout!!!

too funny about the bare feet hehehe
