Default what a fab idea!

I'm tempted to have another baby just so I could have one of these!

It is a neat idea but not something I would use and it only holds one child. Around here I see a lot of people that use these http://www.burley.com/products/child/dliteST.cfm They hook onto the back of the bike and can fit two kids (but that’s not much more than one) They then can be removed and used like a stroller. They are expensive. Some of them can be converted to jogging strollers and even to ski. We don't have a lot of theft around here so you can leave your bike outside a store w/o fear of it being stolen. I just don't see much reason to spend that much money on something that can't be used with multiple kids. Maybe if these types of things cost less I would be more willing to spend the money on them. I guess it probably depends on your lifestyle and how much you would actually use them. We live by the biggest lake in Iowa and have lots of bike trails and recreational buffs really love the burley.

we actually have one of the ones ellamae was talking about. it wasn't too badly priced, about $100. only thing i don't like about it, is it is SO heavy.

the bike seems convenient, but i don't think it'd be easy with a toddler.

$100, thats a great price! I went to the bike store here in town and the Burleys were $600!!!!! Is it another brand? We live in small town Iowa so there is not many shopping options.

we actually bought it at walmart, so it's a different brand but serves the same purpose! we have this one, but it doesn't convert to the stroller

however, this one is $200 and does do both stroller & trailer. they don't show it online but i'm 99% sure there was one just like this at the store for 150.. but it was about a year ago.

Default Prams and Pushchairs Have Come A Long Way..

What an excellent thing- these might not be for everyone, but I sure think it's a pram/pushchair that I'd want to ride on! After all- what a great invention it is for getting fit again..!

There's just so many cool things for parents to use with their kids these days- I'll find it hard to save money when I have my baby I think.

Thanks for posting- It was right up my alley of interest -

P.S. I can recommend this prams and pushchairs UK blog- it's very useful if you're looking for good info when choosing a pram for your baby.

I agree, what an awesome idea! Fun for the child and exercise for the adult We have a pull-behind bike trailer for Kevin but he gets pretty heavy so I usually make my husband tow it. Especially on a windy day, it's murder on the legs!

Even though it's cool, that's not enough to convince me to have another baby I'm already run ragged with 2 munchkins and don't know how I would handle another.

Jo that is really cool, as long as our trailer can fit on the bike too.
