What Are Your Weird Cravings??
OK so I'm only 6 weeks along but I haven't had ANY cravings yet. I think that's kind of weird... I remember my sister telling me about her uncontrollable cravings that started almost immediately. All she wanted was pickles for about 2 weeks straight.
When did your weird food cravings start? What were/are some of the weirdest cravings?

With DS it was Dunkin Donuts. I ate so many of them then that I can't even stand the smell of walking into that place now (13 years later).
With DD#1 I ate Campbells baked beans all the time. I didn't care if they were hot, cold, with or without pork...but they HAD to be the Campbells brand. Any other just did not quench my craving.
With DD#2 it was Rita's water ice. I was PG with her in the (long, hot) summer so this was the only thing I could eat that cooled me down some.

This pregnancy its fresh fruit especially peaches, cherries, and grapes. I also can't get enough of cheese and cream cheese and bagels, and ice cream. I hate seafood especially shrimp. I use to eat it at least once a week.
I think the fruit craving is a girl thing. I craved fruit salad with my first daughter and hated chicken wings. With my son, I was just coming out of chemo so my stomach and taste buds were all screwed up. The only thing I remember wanting was chocolate bars. But I want chocolate anytime I can get it so I am not sure if that was really a baby thing or more of a mommy thing!
Be patient, your cravings will sneak up on ya. You won't even realize it. You will just know you want it and you want it now. I am sending you healthy vibes!!! Enjoy!!!

Mexican foods made me sick to my stomach - too spicy.
Red pimentos made me sick to my stomach. I do not eat them to this day because of getting sick on them while I was pregnant.
I craved celery, ice cream, and chocolate.

Ok
With my DD, it was lemonade, and chocolate doughnuts!!! I had to have both all the time!
With my DS, it was pizza subs from Penn Station, YUM!
This time around I am finding that pickles really curb my nausea. I don't crave them but I'm pretty gravitated towards them right now. I usually hate milk , but now I am wanting it all the time!

With my first, I really had no cravings, but every now and then I would have a huge desire for Dominos Pizza, and I'm not a big pizza fan. So that was strange for me.
With this pregnancy, still no super-strong cravings, but I have found a new liking in cereal! Captain Crunch Berries, Cherrios, and Cocoa Wheats with toast! All day.

DS1: tomato salad, I normally hate it or at least avoid raw tomatoes. Later on, fish and meat and most of all Kinder chocolate. I gained a lot...I hated coffee from the beginning but the other cravings were like 2. trimester or so.
DS2: meat, meat and meat. avoided nothing.
now (week 6): fruit, all kinds, green salad and the tomato thing again.
