ive had these symptoms for a long time i wonder if anyone can help me im desperate for some help im literally falling to pieces so here we go:
january 26:i started having pains my mum took me to the gp after a week they said they thught it was cyst on the ovaries and i had a appointment for two weeks after that to have a ultrasound

february 15: i started having sever diarrhea and sickness with a fever of 39 so my mum took my to the hospital they suspected appendicitas but did a ultrasound but coudlnt see anything as i didnt have a full bladder as i couldnt keep anything down so they did a laparsocpic surgerie and saw that my appedixs were inflammed so they took them out!

a week after that i was finally allowed home but i had a bad reaction to the anasthetic thats why they kept me in that long

i still had the pains when they let me home so 3 weeks after that i still wasnt in school as i could hardy move so my mum took me back to the gp who said it could jus be down to the operation

march 29: my mum had to take me to a&e again because i was being sick again and had a temp of 39!! they let me home april 1st and put it down to bein a bug!!

i still wasnt better after 1 and half weeks and i was now throwing up once again and once again had really high tempurture! so my mum took me to a&e after 2 days of being sick i was sevirly dehydrated and they kept me again this time i saw my peadiactric doctor and a gastroentrology doctor who decided to finally do a colonoscopy which was the worst experience of my life he said he saw inflammation in my colon but i still have not had any results! when i was in hopsital all these times they did blood work and whenever they did them it showed inflammation! but there still not doi anything

my symptoms are
severe abdominal pain located on lower right
somtimes get sever stabbing pains in the upper middle
diarrhea/loose stools 6-12 times a day
sickness
fever
alot of mucus and blood in stools!
very tired
very moody

i would appreciate anyone who had even the slightest information and im fed up of this and would like some information do you think i should get a second opinion? please please help me (sorry about the long post)
