Default what does a 2nd time mommy need

I only have about a month left before I give birth to my second child and since I can't sleep past 3am I couldn't stop thinking about what I am going to need for this one. What type of things can I still use from my first and what type of things should I replace?
I have a little list of things I need to get (nipples, pacifiers are the only 2) but there has to be more. Or do I just feel like there should be more?

HELP!!!

If you were well stocked with baby items for #1 and have retained them you should only need new nipples and pacifiers and of course all the disposable stuffs such as diapers, lotions, powders, soaps, shampoos and oils. Just make sure all the furniture and such is in good working order.

I know how you feel about hte not sleeping thing. with my last baby I couldn't sleep really well the last month or so of the pregnancy. Unfortunately the heat didn't help. It was July.

CONGRATS and GOOD LUCK! Easy Labor Vibes to you!

My advice is go to babies r us or target online and look over the baby stuff. You might see something you forgot about!

I just went through the same thing! If you are having a baby of a different gender or at a different time of year you may need some clothing. Like pp mentioned the disposable stuff is needed like diapers, wipes, baby wash, lotions, infant tylenol, desitin, nursing pads and lanolin if you are BF. I ended up getting a double stroller because both of mine are very young or you might want to invest in a sling or baby carrier of some kind to use with the new baby if you don't have one. You might need to replace things like bibs and burp cloths if they are in bad shape from the last one. Other than that most of the baby gear from the first one can still be used if they are in good shape. Good luck- its an exciting time for you!

Little babies dont really need much. What you can reuse from the first depends on how long ago you had your first. For example car seats usually expire after 6 yrs. Most other stuff should be fine just make sure to check that nothing has been recalled. Basically babies just sleep, eat, and go. So bottles or breast pads, a safe place to sleep, enough clothes and diapers, grooming stuff (bath, towels, nail clippers), and everything else is cake. Nice for convenience but not neccesary.

The bottles should be fine but may need new nipples, I sorted out my stuff and set out everything neutral colored to use until I found out the gender. i am re-using a lot of stuff like front carrier, bottles, burp clothes, etc.
