Question What else can employers do???

My mother was a hard working, single mom of three. In her situation, many years ago, it was difficult to find services provided by employers to ease the stress of raising children and holding a job. I am now a student at the University of Phoenix and have been asked to write a paper.

The following is the topic: The purpose of this paper is to persuade a business committee that my office building needs a new service. The committee is composed of the owner of the business, the manager two fellow employees, and the building facilities manager.

I realize that many businesses offer child care for employees now, but I was curious if there is more that single parents and non-single parents could see as helpful or necessary from their employers. Please share your ideas with me. I would greatly appreciate it.......and thank you.
