I actually put up a 'No Trick Or Treat Here' sign :hehe

The thing is - here its not a big 'holiday' , you get the odd few who welcome the calls and join in but the majority see it as an annoyance...a form of begging...and wrong to encourage children to knock on strangers doors.

Also there have been nasty threats and 'tricks' done to those who don't provide treats.

I would let my kids join in with a proper party but I wouldn't let them go Trick or Treating.
