what kind of vehicle do you drive?
Well, I plan on buying a new vehicle in February/March. And I have NO clue what I want!? I kind of would like to have a small SUV (escape, Vue, etc) only because I'm pretty tall and getting the car seat in and out is a lot easier. I have a cavalier now, and my mom has a Vue so I know what it's like for both. I just have no idea what to even look at! Anyone have a suggestion? Also, are Feb/March good months to buy?

march is probably best, no major holidays or events (graduation), which are major car-buying times. i don't have an SUV, so i can't help you there. goodluck

I have a Ford Edge, and I love it...smaller SUV, decent gas mileage, roomy and comfy. I had a Pontiac Torrent before that and loved it as well.

Right now I drive a Chevy Blazer, but like you I am tall and I have been looking at newer SUV's and I really like the Honda Element. It has a ton of legroom and is very spacious. It was also rated as very safe.

I drive an old Ford Taurus with 147000 miles on it. The steering column and starter are about to go.
I am hoping it lasts until I get to Florida. My next car will be a Mustang. I have wanted one since 1968. But you know, we can't have everything we want, good girls have to wait. Deferred gratification and all that.
With adult children, no grandchildren, and surviving cancer, I am done with this deferral. My car, no hauling, no chauffering, no car pooling. My car. Me. Mine. Go Go Go. Zoom.
But not here in NJ. Waiting till I get to Florida, with flat roads, better weather, and an actual garage.

i have a gmc yukon, yes its a gas guzzler but with 3 kids and 4 daycare kids it is soooo worth it, very easy for the kids to get in and out of and i can fold the seats down with 1 hand!

When I did daycare, I really wished cars like that were around. There were minivans, but they were cumbersome with the seats.

I have a mini Van THe only thing I would love is if it was a caravan....would make it easier just to fold the seats down.
