Default What to do while my husband is unemployed.

Hi, I am not sure if I shoiuld post this here, but my husband is currently unemployed after the company he was working for closed and moved up north last January.
We are seriously thinking that since he was trying to finish school and it is very difficult to find a job that would allow him to attend the classes he still needs to finish his degree, this could be the time for him to go to school full time and finish his degree by the end of the year.
We are currently getting enough unemployment money to pay for the mortgage, and we have enough money put aside to survive until the end of the year, especially with my talents at budgeting and couponing, and with our church possibly helping with food.
Does anybody know if going to school full time he would loose the unemployment benefits?

What worries me most is health insurance.
Maybe we could get kidcare for our 2 children ( 2 1/2 years old and 7 1/2 months old), but I don't know about us...
Also, I was thinking to try to do some part time job.
I am italian and I was thinking to try to teach italian, but I don't know what are the current rates for language "tutors"
Should I ask to be paid hourly or monthly, and how much is it fair to ask?

Thank you in advance for any counsel you might give me.
