Default What was your total haul at Kroger this week?

OK, first a question to everyone (except Reminbi cause I already know his answer). For all those that got several hundred dollars worth of stuff this week, were your totals that high because you got 20+ of the SAME item, or did you purchase a large variety of items? Just curious cause I don't get huge multiples of coupons and my totals are lower but I didn't know if I was just overlooking a lot of the great deals or if my totals were just lower cause I'm not buying huge quantities of the same item.

Here is a summary of everything I got...

FOR MY FAMILY:

7 Ken’s Marinade
2 Pillsbury Toaster Strudel
3 Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad
2 Doritos
3 Nesquik Milkshakes
3 Pillsbury French Loaves
2 Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
4 Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1 Pillsbury breadsticks
1 Carb Options soup mix
6 Body for Life bars
1 Arm & Hammer liquid detergent
3 Tropicana Twisters
1 Gerber vegetable puffs
5 Post Honey Bunches of Oats cereal bars
2 AdvantEdge bars
8 Mrs. Smith’s pie slices
2 Dannon La Crème yogurt 4 packs

FOR THE FOOD PANTRY/SHELTER:
3 Dial soap bundles
2 Cattleman’s BBQ sauce
7 Open Pit BBQ sauce
5 Marzetti salad dressings
4 Dove deodorants
2 Suave hair gels
3 Crest with Scope toothpaste
3 Crest Whitening toothpaste
4 Suave shampoo
5 Suave mousse
14 Gerber vegetable mashers

Total spent: $16.93. Total saved: $198.80. Coupons not rung correctly: $1.82. Catalinas received for $ off next grocery order: $1.50 (from Gerber). Rebates to send: I’ll either get $3.29 or $1.64 back from Doritos depending on how they look at the receipt. I got all this in 4 separate trips (went once a day ).

Default Re: What was your total haul at Kroger this week?

we are not fortunate enough to get super doubles here.I had my worst one ever at kroger this afternoon too.245.00 worth for 113.00
I did buy 1 ribeye,1 strip, and 1 top sirloin that was 37.00 total minus three 2.00 off winetags and 4 30 packs of dannon water for 5.99 each and no coupons.I also had to buy other items with no coupons also.
you know the funny thing about it is,I say my worst one ever, but most people that use coupons(not like us) or even don't use them at all would fall over backwards if they knew I saved the amount I did in a store that only doubles to .50 and most of the stuff I bought wasn't even on sale.
The only thing I regret about today was the fact that a few months ago I should have bought more coffee-mate when it was on sale.I ran out yesterday and now until it goes on sale again,I have to pay .79 a bottle.
I also gave a older lady my last three 2.00 off fish coupons when I had seen she was buying some salmon.I was going to buy some more tuna, but figured we had enough for awhile. Then i remebered it was wednesday, which is senior citizen day.I'm thinking with the 10% discount and the coupons she got them all for free,so I'm sure that made her day.She had some coupons in her hand for other items she was buying, but from the looks of it,it was only a couple.

,i'm such a goof,i just noticed that this is in the indiana thread

Talking Re: What was your total haul at Kroger this week?

Spent $28
Saved $1,100

including 160 Vam Camp Beans most with Six Flag Bucks, Toothpaste and Pillsbury Biscuits....

$28 even including couponing fee so that is pretty amazing. Expect to make at least $200 by Yardselling stuff not needed. -

I may be missing some receipts, including one w/ 25 pack of free tp from the last week before triples. The totals for what I can find is: SAVED:$1305 SPENT: $53.42, of which $10.30 was tax. Very happy, just don't want to go out in the heat to box up stockpiles
