Default What's floating in my breastmilk??

I pumped my breastmilk yesterday and froze it. I thawed it out this evening so I could run to the store. I didnt need it, and since it was in the cooler bag I was going to put it in the fridge. The inside of the bottle above the milk was white particles. I looked at the milk and the white stuff was floating in the milk. DH said to swirl to see if it mixed. He thought it was the fatty layer. I knew it wasnt but did anyway and no change occurred. Does anyone know what this is? My son has thrush could this be why? I have never seen this before.
