What's Your Weight Loss Plan?
What is your weight loss plan for the new year? How's it going so far?
I'm trying to eat a lot of whole grains, lean proteins, no sugar, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of water. It works really well as long as I stick to it and the advantage is that I don't have to be hungry. I can eat if I want to, so long as it's one of these healthy choices. I actually made a list of foods so that I'd have something to fall back on when I'm hungry and need to grab something quick.
