So maybe this doesn't exactly go in women's health but I wasn't really sure where to put it.

Katelyn threw the remote control at my head yesterday. It hit really hard and I couldn't think for a few minutes. It hurts real bad still. I don't have a bruise but I do have a bump. After I went to bed last night I woke up with a very bad headache that wouldn't go away on its own so I took Tylenol and it did go away but its comming back now. I've also been very nausous (sp?) and didn't keep my breakfast down. So when is it a concern??
