Default Where did you take public buses?

In Puerta Vallarta we found the public buses were the only way to get around. We managed to find several stores selling spanish language books, good restaurants, a beautiful waterfront walkway with lots of art, and several beaches. It's also how we found the "booze cruise", an educational experience in young adult behavior, but also the way to see blue-footed booby.

In the Bahamas, tour buses are ok, but some of them smell unusual and some also not have A/C.

Default Cancun

I took a bus in Cancun along the hotel strip a couple of times. It was safe.
