This site/forum is obviously slanted toward the woman's point of view regarding divorce. I know there are a lot more women on here than men. I am a male and in the process of a divorce. It is a very stressful time for me including extreme feelings of guilt over the break up of my family. I have Googled places where us guys can go and discuss this, but haven't found very much. Maybe I missed it. I am seeing a phychologist during this time, but I would very much like to talk to other men that have been through this (sort of lean on each other like you ladies do). Does anyone know of such a forum more geared toward men? Please let me know. Thanks.

There are any number of sites concerning divorce which list male support groups, which could be specific to your situation. If you google divorce, you will likely find them. It depends on what you are looking for - some mens support groups are about custody, some about other legal/emotional issues.

I am in a support group for heterosexual people who have been married to gay people. There are both men and women in my group, and we learn a lot from each other. But that experience is pretty unique.

A lot of guy groups are not so touchy feely as this bunch here!!!

Much of the demographic on this site is women who are of child bearing age, interested in parenting, home, frugality, conception, pregnancy, and so on. So when we experience divorce, that perspective comes here as well. I don't really think that is a male/female slant, it is the perspective of the person who is juggling the family and the whole picture.
