im tired of hearing why they don't price adjust cous when their policy says they do! i have to call corp tomorrow for the millionth time because noone in that store including the SG knows they price adjust.


and get this one! i was told having more than one manu cou with the same numbers on it meant it was a copy! can i getta WTF?!

after a lenghty battle, looks like i win with corp. the company said they will pay out on cous that are ussed on trial as long as it doesn't exclude trial. I tried to tell them and the so called team leader who goes on to tell me how long she's been working there and what they don't do cost her store $24 (plus handling fees) plus all the money i was going to spend on BTS.
