Default Woman's Bra

Do you think the machine is a bit too sensitive?

Do you think the marshalls acted appropriately?

What are your thoughts?

Where were the lady guards/marshalls?

Sounds fishy to me too.

When I've been in the local courthouse, there were guards/marshalls
everywhere and both lady and men guards present.

Yes, there are bathrooms in every courthouse.

Inquiring minds wish to know more...

As a former flight attendant I know a few things about metal detectors.

First of all . . .your underwire won't set off the metal detector. Now, I understand courthouses usually have their detectors turned up to very sensitive. In which case, if the bra DID set it off--a female guard can do a pat down and determine there are no weapons.

Underwire is the only reasonable explanation for this, however, since most women wear bras with underwire security guards at every level are trained to handle it. I'm thinking there is much more to this story, and agree with those who think it sounds a bit fishy right now.

I believe the article said that there were no female guards present.
I feel it was inappropriate.
