Generally speaking, if you have to pay them then it's a scam.

There are many survey companies that you don't have to pay for so I would steer toward those. mypoints and mysurvey are a couple that I know of. Good luck.

I have some friends that have done this, they didn't have to pay, but they said that it took a while, and that you sometimes got paid with gift cards, so I guess if you liked what that place sold it might be a good thing, but I would proceed with caution if they are asking for money.
