This is irresponsibility in its highest form. A sixteen year old just gave birth to triplets. Oh thats not all-this was her third pregnancy, and second set of triplets..conceived naturally! She had a boy at age 14, triplet girls at age 15, and now another trio of girls. Seven kids and she's not even 18 yet! The government is supporting her large family, and argue that maybe the assistance she needs, should be in the form of birth control.
And don't get me wrong, I wasn't implying that the girl was the irresposible one. It could be due to poor education and low self esteem. Someone needed to help her before these babies were even born. And why didn't her mother march her butt to the nearest clinic for birth control after the first one? Not sure about how the laws work in Buenos Aires, but I'm sure she did have some say in it.
Gosh, if this happened to my daughter, I would be so heart-broken. Don't know what I'd do!
