This thread is a continuation of a discussion found here.

The purpose of this thread is to discuss circumstances where a birth parent's rights are not upheld, and adoption agencies behave in an illegal manner. This is of particular interest to birth fathers, some of whom do not have accurate information about the birth of their children until the process is a bit far along.

This is not a thread for maligning particular agencies or individuals, or selling the many books on adoption that are out there. If you are an author of such a book you are welcome to link to your book in your signature.
