Default My night at the ER

Well miss Alyssa decided to be an acrobat last night, and not only jumped off the bed, but practically flipped off of it! We stay in a finished basement, and the floor is concrete, with carpeting. The boom I heard when she fell was enough to make me rush with her to the ER (I wasn't taking any chances). I didn't do the "wait and see" thing at all, but like I said, just being safe.

By the time we got to the ER she had stopped crying. After being in the waiting room for over 2 hours it was very clear she was okay. She was so ok, that she decided to drive me and everyone else in the er absolutely bonkers! Well, I couldn't leave at that point without getting her checked out. I was hoping they'd get annoyed enough with her and just rush her through.

Anyways she is totally fine, just had a wee bit of a shiner today. They x-rayed and there's no broken bones. Thank the Lord!!!!!!!

I'm thinking about investing in some of that padding that gyms use. Where would I find that?

Oh well just thought I'd share. Its about 1pm and dd is still sleeping. There goes the sleeping schedule for a few days! Unless anyone has some great advice on how to get it back to nights really quickly.

Hope everyone has a great day!
