we have two kids and had a m/c and etopic inbetween both and lost my left tube before having our girl we found out in april we were pregnant and wasn't even trying then seen u/s and heart beat and everything was fine until i had bright red spotting and a small clot was passed and a week after first u/s they couldn't find a heartbeat had a d/c next morning and i haven't had any more bleeding since that evening and we really want another and this time we are trying already within 4 days we had sex and i got some ovulation test strips and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or has anyone been thru this and got pregnant right away and had healthy pregnancies and babies?
